Cant pay my bill one the app/website
I have been struggling to pay my vodacom bill on the app & website since Friday. It keeps giving me an error. I called the call center so they can sort the problem out instead they want to direct me to a vodacom store or ATM.
Talk about inconveniencing a customer without helping them!!!

Accordingly would be to fix the payment problem of the app/website and advise once done, not to inconvenience the client to a different payment method.
