Cant help you - go toVodashop- Just Shocking!

What an *********** and unprofessional call centre. With absolutely useless staff who dont know anything about what you are offering clients.<br> I am leaving for Europe on Thursday and I urgently need my data and roaming set up on my two phones. After speaking to 4 people, a lady named Laverne being the most rude and unpleasant - I get told by her that I must go to a Vodacom store to get rates on costs for international roaming and set this up?! Is this the type of pathetic service you offer your clients?! ARE YOU FRIGGING SERIOUS?<br> <br> I need someone competent to call me asap AND SORT MY ROAMING OUT. I also require my phone call recordings investigated as to why I was told to go into a Vodacom store to get my roaming set up, when this was just done for my husband a few days ago via the call centre. <br>
