Cant get voicemail to work after 3 weeks+no Signal

I phoned Vodacom customer care 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and still no one can get my voicemail to work. Every time i try and select a password the lady says \service temporarily unavailable"it has been like this for 3 weeks. <br> <br> I require the voicemail as i am currently working in Wolmaransstad"
