Can't get upgrade right and activate things I DO NOT want

On 7 Dec a guy with the name Akshay phoned me to upgrade my contract as I was due for an upgrade. He offered me a 20Gig for R249, i asked him multiple times if I will have the same amount of free minutes that I had on my previous contract with this new one, which he confirmed I will have. On 1 January when i checked my balances on the app I saw there was absolutely no free minutes which he promised me I will have.

I contacted Vodacom on 4 January to get this sorted and spoke to Aiden, he then said he will rectify this and offered me 20gig data with 100 minutes for R226.00. He promised me this will all be sorted he will make sure on 31 Jan (even that its on a Sunday) that all is loaded correctly and from Feb I will have 20Gig with 100 min. This morning I checked my balances on the app, and its back to my old contract of 1Gig and 75 min THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. I really do not know how to get this sorted cause it seems like the people you appointment is not adequate to do their jobs properly?????

On that same call I spoke to Nonkululeko to cancel my other data contract and when I checked the balance on that one this morning it was loaded with 5Gig again which means it is not cancelled. REALLY? how useless can one company be????

Then the last thing on 31 Dec I got an sms saying my vodacom contract cover plus is active...... HOW THE HELL can you active things if you do not even consult the client? You are *****ing my money. On the same call with Nonkululeko I cancelled that as well (but I still need to pay for the month) I did receive an sms stating that it was cancelled and then this morning I woke up to an sms saying again that this contact cover is active!!! STOP *****ing my money and active things on my account which I did not give you permission to do!

How are we going to sort this out??? Cause I spend 45min on the phone on 4 Jan to get this sorted and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is right??? Please stop wasting my time and *****ing my money
