Can't get to anyone from Vodacom only TOBi, their virtual assistant, is available😡😡😡😡

I have been trying to get ahold of people from Vodam through their Vodacom Customer Care but have been constantly been recommended to talk with their virtual assisant TOBi. The virtual assistant can only help me with little to none, as it is limited to assist with certain things. I am very disappointed with their customer care services. Yesterday, on the 21st of January, my mom sent me an airtime of R55 but she did not know that I no longer use the number because it stopped working, it's been about a few years now since I stopped using it. So, my mom sent the airtime through the Capitec App and we tried calling the number since yesterday and today but it's says the number is unavailable. So we have been trying to get connected to someone from Vodacom but we can't get ahold of anyone, who is not a virtual assistant that is. I don't know what to do😭😭😭.
