Can’t get my paid up letter(frustrated)

You guys are one of the most frustrating network provider ever! I have paid off my contracts and requested an early cancellation. I submitted all the required documents, which were confirmed as completed, and now the numbers are on prepaid. However, I’m still unable to get my paid-up letter for those contracts. It’s been a constant back-and-forth ever since. All the Vodacom agents keep passing me between each other, and no one seems to know where the paid-up letter is. I have been emailing all the relevant departments, but I'm not receiving any response. I just keep getting reference numbers that are entirely useless.

I urgently need the letter—my life is on hold because of these paid-up letters.

Reviewer Update
Hi Vodacom,I have been reflecting on the feedback I received from Vodacom stating that I will not receive settlement/paid-up letters for the contracts I have settled and closed, because I have another independent contract that is still open with Vodacom. I would like to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with this feedback.I believe this clause is significant and has a substantial negative impact on the client's life, including myself. It creates a false impression that the client is committed to more than what they’re committed to, which is problematic and harmful in the long term.
I would like to challenge Vodacom to walk me through the specific contracts I have signed with you and point out the clause that states if one contract is settled but other contracts remain open with Vodacom, I will not receive a paid-up letter for the settled contracts. I believe all my contracts are independent of each other, as I have signed them independently.
This seems unreasonable, and I do not agree with it. Let’s go back and review my contracts to determine if such a clause exists. If not, it appears you are in violation of my rights. If necessary, you can liaise with your legal department to see what makes sense, as this could have legal implications for Vodacom.
