Can't get a contract cancelled
Trying to cancel a contract, went through ALL the steps they gave us after the millionth time we tried to contact them, sent us to Vodacom Shop, just to get there and hear, AGAIN, that it can only be done telephonically. Just cancel the contract it's NOT rocket science!!!!
