Cant Even Upgrade My Contract

I have been trying to get an i3 laptop on contract as my cellphone contract is expiring soon. They told me I have a low credit profile (Why would this even be as my credit score is flawless and I pay them via debit order every month??). They managed to put my profile up by 20 points and said I can get an i3 now (a whole week later) then I called the shop to keep the laptop aside for me. The sales man told me that my credit profile is still too low. He has had to log another enquiry for me. What is going on?? My service request number is ***.
