Cant even get feedback at Vodacom Shop where order was placed!

Dear Vodacom

So having had an opportunity which does not happen often to personally being able to go to a Vodacom shop, myself and my family decided to do the laptop order via the Vodacom Shop.

Took all my papers I required, selected the Lenovo i5 Laptop Bundle package for R429pm, the sales representative did what he needed to do online and gave me my contract papers to sign for the deal.

Was told the matter would be submitted on Monday 5th August and order placed with delivery expected by the end of the week to shop for the device.

So yesterday i asked my husband to go past and just ask when delivery would be expected seeing tomorrow being a public holiday.

He went there and was told the Sales Representative is not in (yesterday) and would be in the shop today.

The gentleman in shop said he would follow up and get the sales representative who processed the contract to call back and provide an update on the device as when he looked in his File there was no laptop for that order on his list.

So more than a hour ago I sent a mail to the Vodacom shop at Pick n Pay Hyper in Brackenfell and they still have not responded.

So can someone please go on a computer, check my order and tell me when this contract package bundle will be delivered at the Vodacom Shop in Brackenfell.

Being kept in the dark with no feedback help no one.

Contact my husband on *** and tell him when delivery is expected please.
