Cant do there job

Worst service!!!my husband cancell his contract last year and paid for the contract to be stopped now last month vodacom send a invoice saying he own them money , went into the shop showed them all the emails and proof of payments !!!a week later money gets deducted from his account !!!went into vodacom again all they say its not there fault they didnt see the emails and they will call him in 3 days!!!!after a year you could not cancell a contract what makes us think you will actually call!!!!do your job!!!worst cellular network service company ever your bloddy ****** !!!!
