Cant do a simple thing like port a number

I want to port my number to vodacom, go to Vodacom Fourways, and speak to a guy that sounds like he knows what he is doing...(unfortunately he didn't), was told number will be ported by that night. Eventually on the Wednesday, I called Vodacom and spoke to him, he says the sim was faulty, please can i come back in. On the Saturday i go back to Fourways store, get a new sim and told it will be ported by that night...Its now Thursday and still not ported, I then call the porting department, they say he has not used the right system and must use C3D, I call and tell him this, he says he will do, it ...still waiting, call the porting department and they say it is still not done, i must go back to Vodacom Fourways...how many times must i go to that store for a simple thing like porting...why are the staff not trained properly...??, he promises he will fix it and call me, but nothing....so I guess they don't want me to port to Vodacom...
