Can’t contact customer support

Try calling Vodacom customer care and you can’t get through. This is ridiculous service how are you supposed to solve an issue. After the load shedding Vodacom signal on my sim is completely off and can’t contact them to get it resolved. I know for a fact it’s not my phone because if I use another sim it works fine and if I have to put another sim in this phone it works fine. Vodacom is so **** it’s not finny
