Cant complain about the service. There is none

After getting a business wireless air solution installed the contractors left my office without the solution actually working or being activated.

When it was finally activated, I called Vodacom business support, and the first line support has no access for facilities and can't assist with anything bar registering one on the client self-help portal. the domain for that portal is service-now.com which is false advertising because not only did it take me an hour on the phone with a support agent to get it set up but after spelling my name and surname the profile was still with the completely incorrect spelling which was the first indication of how useless the general of support is.

I've now subsequently been trying to get configurations changed on the router for a day and a half and Patricia the level 2 technical administrator addressing my support ticket is not only unresponsive but also less than useless.

After giving a very specific SID for the Wireless network as well as IP address range alterations sent on email, not only were the SID's set up incorrectly but she also proceeded to set the DNS server for my LAN on a different IP address range to the LAN range itself, so I have no network resolution.

She is about as technical as a marshmallow.

This has got to be the most shocking support service of any service provider I have dealt with in the past 18 years that I have been in the IT MSP industry and by far the worst support of any service provider I've dealt with in the past 5 years of running my own IT business.

Vodacom you should be ashamed of yourselves.

If you won't offer decent support to your clients at least give them access to their paid for facilities so they can manage their services and devices themselves.

F@#%ing useless support services if ever I've seen useless.
