Cannot upgrade - for months
Months and months went by trying to upgrade with Vodacom. Every time when I tried, there was always some sort of issue. Finally I decided to keep using the old phone and not worry about upgrading. Eventually, I got a call from Vodacom, indicating that my subscription will be decreased until such time I feel comfortable to upgrade. So my old phone finally decided to stop working and immediately I jumped on the Vodacom app to get the upgrade done...GUESS WHAT : YOU ARE UNABLE TO UPGRADE. YOUR NEXT UPGRADE DATE IS 1 JUNE 2023. I am now so over this Vodacom pathetic service that I am now giving up. Since I cannot upgrade from the day I was able to do so until now, I feel I am paying for nothing at all. What is the point of having a contract where you can upgrade, but Vodacom refuse to assist. I am done with you Vodacom. FINALLY DONE WITH YOU
