Cannot sort out a small single issue

<p>Vodacom, how is it possible, that for weeks, you cannot sort out my log in details. I have been a contract customer for over 3 years. Since I cancelled my data contract in June, I have been logged out of my online vodacom profile, via PC and app. I have tried to "forgot password", i have tried the "OTP" option. This is the message I get EVERY TIME - The email / cellphone number and password you have entered do not match OR there is no profile associated to those details. Please type carefully to avoid having your profile locked or register a new profile. You can also try logging in again using an OTP or click "Forgot password". - I have tried to register a new profile, then it says that my ID Numner, e-mail and cellphone is allready linked to another profile, yet I cannot access it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned your patrhetic call centre. Everytime it gets sent to your technical department, then after 2 days I get a message saying they hope i am satisfied with their solutions and I should reply yes or no.
