Cannot see Data Bundle balance on a data contract

Over the past week I've been logging calls stating that I cannot see any data allocation on my Data Bundle Contract. I've contacted Vodacom 8 times and wasted 9 hours of my time trying to explain to all the Support consultants that I cannot see any data allocation on the Vodacom Site. On the the Cellphone app I cannot even see my Data Sim card number.

In the 8 calls I was told there was a problem with their system - they did some Maintenance and that somehow "removed" my Data sim from my profile... So I have to readd the number back to my profile. So a Vodacom system problem has resulted in a customer not being able to see any details on a Data contract.

I have readded the number back on to my main profile yet I am still experiencing the same problem.

I've constantly requested for an email address from these solution consultants such that I can provide proof there is a issue with their website/system/sim, yet I get an automated response we cannot give out our email address blah blah blah.

So in the case that I logged on the 24th these guys keep closing my SR request because they do not see any problems with my account - first they provided me with an additional 2gig for "problems" I'm experiencing (no data allocated) then they closing my case saying that I must readd the number onto my main profile.

My most recent call now to Samu with the SR number: A2-1z4m-wcs19d I'm yet again told I cannot email the errors to her so she can attached it to the SR because it is policy that they cannot give out email addresses.

If this issue is not addressed by Vodacom then I do not see any other solution but for Vodacom to Nullify the contract as I am not given the service that I have been promised in the contract.
