Cannot redeem our talking points

Recently Vodacom sent a notification to advise customers that talking points will no longer be used in the near future and that they should be converted before they finally expire.

My wife and I have tried all options, but it seems Vodacom is making it exceptionally difficult for us to redeem these points for airtime. We both are on prepaid.

Please can we speak with a HUMAN?
