CANNOT RECEIVE OR SEND SMS's while on VODACOM SMS ROAMING
I am in Central Africa roaming on Vodacom SA, I have not been receiving sms's for days, I cannot do online banking; while a friend roaming on MTN SA receives his sms's without any delays. Also, the sms's I send are not delivered.
