Cannot receive calls from Vodacom cell numbers

I tried to port to Vodacom in September and cancelled the port. I am currently a MTN customer.<br> ever since the cancellation of the port I cannot receive any calls or sms's from VODACOM numbers.<br> I receive calls from all the other networks.<br> I have been trying since September for Vodacom to sort out my line and I am not getting any service.<br> I did phone MTN, they have sent numerous emails to Vodacom, and tried to help from their side, still no response from Vodacom.<br> I tried to phone Vodacom porting department myself but was unable to get through.<br> I phoned Vodacom customer care and they just bluntly said they cannot help as I am not a Vodacom client.<br> Obviously the fault is on Vodacom's side and I am very unhappy that I cannot receive calls from their network.<br> Please sort it out ASAP as it is over a month now !!!
