cannot phone out due to vodacom rules

I signed a new contract in Feb, today my phone could not phone out, I travelled 30km to go see a Vodacom shop and they told me I must go to Game as they supp**** the contract, I went to Game who phoned Vodacom only to be told they are off line, they gave me a 082111 number to phone, which I did, I told them I did not want the contract I had as it cut me off and I want to change it to an open contract as I had previously, they rep**** they cannot for 3 months, my contract was not explained properly and now I cannot use my phone for business purposes, I am very unhappy with Vodacom service as I will now have to travel another 30km to try sort something out, I want to cancel all my contracts with this company
