I have always received my account and itemised billing via the post until the postal strike forced me to change to email billing which I activated in November 2014 on my company letterhead ID as required. Since then Vodacom have failed to send me an account without me asking. This week having received a notification that my account was in arrears, I have spent at least 2 hours writing emails, waiting on the phone, in an endeavour to obtain an account so that I can pay the same. Eventually got an invoice and an arrogant email to request a company letter ID (which was already provided in Nov 14), before they will send me an itemised billing. This is ridiculous - Vodacom wont provide an itemised billing but I am charged for the same!!<br> Having been swung from a Derrick at vbs admin to customer care to Vodacom Billing - with no-one taking responsibility I can only conclude Vodacom has not got the capacity to address their clients billing needs. How can you pay an account without knowing how the figures were derived? Arrogant, inefficient, non caring and rude - A totally diabolical situation which can only come from a business monopoly making evidently far too much money - Vodacom
