Cannot honour new contract

I am disgusted at the level of service I have received from Vodacom, first of all I am trying to port back to Vodacom from cellc for the last week. I get told its on Vodacom side then I go to Cellc they say its on Vodacom side. I go back to Vodacom they say I they need to contact the archive department, they cannot explain why. I have a feeling it was a douchbag who had a bad attitude that most likely deleted my number or something as it seemed he had no idea what he was doing. He kept asking a blonde lady with glasses for assistance. I want this deal : [URL Removed] No one on Voda**** can tell me who Vodacom Metro is, I get one number to another I just want this deal for my mother, for godsakes can someone phone me back and honour this deal. I am begging to regret buying a vodacom phone. I feel like staying on cell c sell my vodacom phone and go back to them. I was a loyal prepaid customer for many many years. CALL ME BACK.
