Cannot get my contract cancelled. Useless.
Vodacom is very helpful when you take out a contract with them but try and cancel it. Different story. I have been trying since September 2020 to cancel an old contract. I have phoned 3 times whereby the agent told me the contract has been cancelled and they will refund the payments due to me. Never happens. My last call was with Sello and I asked him if I will have to phone a 4th time. He assured me the contract was cancelled and I will be refunded. Never happened. I am utterly dissapointed in Vodacom and will never do business with them again. My contract is still active after 3 attempts to have it cancelled and they are just happily debiting my account . Useless, useless service.
