Cannot get assistance from Vodacom service provider

Good day, I have recently reached out to the Hellopeter site hoping that I would get some assistance to resolve my problems I'm facing with my Vodacom services provider. I was subsequently contacted by a Vodacom representative under query number EC-1U7U-1DWPVF, however after I email my concerns and challenges that I'm experiencing to the representative my emails are not being returned and I'm being ignored once again.

I am pleading for assistance from Vodacom to help resolve my problem with the account, my service have been suspended and this is negatively impacting my credit rating.

I have contacted the service provider customer care center and the service agent advised me that I could not be transferred to a manger and that I should wait for a call from them however I have not been contacted to date.

Please assist if possible.
