Cannot get a copy of previous invoices and statement 2***

I have logged several calls but have not received a copy of the statement and invoices I have requested.

I shall really appreciate if someone in Vodacom can assist me. When I get through to Vodacom, I am transferred from one official to another with different views but without being able to assist me.

I need copies of my Vodacom statement and Invoices for the period 1 March 2011 to 28 February 2012 for tax purposes, when the account I ********** -0 was in my personal name.

I have since transferred the account I ********** -0 to my business of which I am the only member. I am still the responsible person for the payment of the account, I am now only paying through my Business account since these service were indeed required for my business.

I have attached a copy of my ID and a copy of an Interactive bill for one month in that period, but I lost my other records, thus the request.

I keep on getting a response via sms from a Kevin Bester that I should submit a filled in Form C and an affidavit, taking an oath to state that I am the owner on the said cell number, when in fact I have 2 cell numbers and a data contract on the said account. When I try to contact .Kevin Bester nobody on the 082 111 or on ********** can direct me to him or can provide me with a direct email address to a PERSON that can assist me with this simple request.

I since received a sms from Wilson Sithole indicating that the information was send, but it was the incorrect information for Apr to July 2016 and not 2 ********** as requested.

It appears that any request for information disappears in a maze called the "call centre" 082111, without being able to get into contact with the person directly that can assist you. This is very frustrating!
