My debit order that went through on 1 July was returned due to an error on my part, this was rectified on the same day. On 11 September this year I app**** for a second line and this was declined due to a clause that states that a person has to wait 90 days after an account has been in arrears before a person can get a new service. I do not have a problem with that and do not mind that rule been app****. After I had waited 90 days from when my service had been in arrears and fixed straight away I again app**** on Saturday 21 October for a second line and I was told that I have to wait another 60 days because I had app**** in September during your exclusion period and my application had been declined. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed by somebody higher up who actually has authority to make decisions.
