Cannot even do a simple e-sim

I wanted to get a new prepaid number e-sim so I went to Voda shop the glen paid the 25.00 rand fee and ask the consultant about Rica and I was told all this needs to be done by myself , however I came home tried to Rica the sim but no luck .

All I was told is to connect to a WiFi network and I need to follow the prompts but nothing,

I called Vodacom call center and they said this must done be done in the store for a new sim I called the store and they said I must call back tomorrow. Really this is so bad service it’s not even funny. Apart from wasting 25.00 I am stuck with a piece of paper with my phones EID on it and cannot do anything
