Cannot do simple sim swap
Simple request do a sim swap from my old pay phone as you go my new pay as you go phone!! Not simple. I fail the security questions. Because of *****!!! Been de*****ed by Vodacom so I know all about it however this is a simple sim swap NOT **********. Must go to a Vodacom shop!! How inconvenient.Last time i did a sim swap it was over the phone with none of this system generated questions!!! Really fed up. Vodacom need not reply that someone will phone me .never happens.
