Cannot Change Debit Order Date Without DoubleDebit
I have had to change my debit order date for my cell account from the last day of the month to the fifth day of the month as I have started employment with a new company and their pay day is on the first of each month.

I have contacted Vodacom to change my debit order date but they just simply cannot do this without a double debit!

The only way that they can change this is to debit my account on the last day of the month and then do another debit on the fifth of the new month and I cannot comprehend this as I have had no issue with my other debit order accounts changing the dates!

The issue that I have is that I cannot afford a double debit so at the end of this month and as I have told Vodacom that I will not have money in my account due to my salary date change so the debit order will be rejected.

So, I ask that someone at Vodacom who deals with such changes and issues to please contact me to help me here to change my debit order date without a double debit as Customer Care is useless! The statement will still be a month in arrears from the fifth of the first month to the fifth of the next month as it is from the last day of the first month to the last day of the next month!
