Cannot cancel expired FTTH contract

Appears almost impossible to cancel an expired FTTH contract.

@vodacom @vodacom111 It is now a month since I sent my cancellation request to Vodacom. They, or Altron, are still deciding when they will react. Meanwhile another month is billed. They do not have a cancellation dept. This function is outsourced to Altron and they just keep billing whilst we suffer for months to get them to do anything. There should be a law against this kind of exploitation.
