Cannot cancel device insurance.
I have tried numerous times to cancel my device insurance with Vodacom. Every time the call ends with "it is cancelled". And the next month I just pay it again. This lack of knowledge about their own systems is appalling. For the past 4 years I had a sim only contract, and still they cannot cancel my device insurance.
