Cannot cancel defunct contract.
I cannot get an old contract from 2012 cancelled. It is for an old defunct tablet. The tellers are deliberately unhelpful, and keep on going round and round in circles. We are completely at cross purposes and are of no assistance whatsoever.

25 Nov 2019, 16:23Thank you - I contacted Customer care and the consultant listened to my whole rambling saga, very patiently, and explained to me what the issue was and how we can resolve it. I have a reference number and I will wait for the process to take its due course.
