Cannot cancel contract with vodacom

I have been trying to cancel my vidicon contract and the consultant theyvare taking me from pillar to post. Its been over 4 months, i even went to the bank to reverse the funds. What i get is a reference number and the message that says cancelation has been logged but nothing happens. The consultants will always tell you that the matter has been escalated but you never get anything resolved. I think it is high time that vidicon is taken to ICASA for their behaviour, and I will do so. Imagine paying for the service that you do not use. I have canceled the contract within 10 days of purchase because the network is bad and could not stream. I've called vodacom more than 10 times but they always show you a.middle finger.
