Cannot Cancel Contract!

We have been trying to cancel our Vodacom contracts since October 2020, due to extremely bad reception in our area, that has been taken up with Vodacom as well. The one contact nr was cancelled within the months notification time, but the second nr has now taken 4 months to cancel, and are still in the process of being cancelled. And every month we have to pay for a contract that we do not want!!! We are not getting any help from Vodacom to have this sorted out!
