Cannot cancel contract
Been trying to call the vodacom cancellation customer care line for weeks, even sent an email but got no response. I have a contract that i want to cancel as it due to end and i dont want to renew it. Tried calling the cancellation number numerous times spent hours holding on but no 1 seems to pick up. Found out from cellucity as they cannot cancel the contract i have to phone vodacom to do it. I am not prepared to pay for a contract i dont need because the customer service is terrible at vodacom. Why have a cancelation department if no one picks up the calls. This is ridiculous. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect.

27 Dec 2017, 23:50I have still not received a call from vodacom cancellation department, and i have tried many times to contact them after complaining on this site and there was no answer. What terrible service vodacom has never again will i take up a contract with them and i will inform friends and family about this service.
