Cannot cancel contract

<p>Hi</p> <p>I contacted vodacom atleast 4 times via telephone and sent them an email and they still cannot cancel my contract spoke to a guy by the name of oscar he assisted me but still could not cancel the contract i have 2 pending contracts and the one ending end of June needs to be cancelled urgently im going to the bank to put a stop order on the debits no one came back to me and gave me an update if the contact is cancelled or not.</p>
