Cannot cancel a Vodacom expired contract

Vodacom is bad news,it is difficult to cancel a contract that has expired. Called several times to cancel my mom's month to month so called contract after a 24months contract expired but they kept on promising to cancel but until today, after 2years they are still deducting money. Don't take a vodacom contract unless you want a huge disappointment and frustration :(
