Cannot believe I pay for this level of service !

Between Dec 2016 and Feb 2017 I have had shockingly disappointing interactions with Vodacom. I was on a Vodacom contract and migrated to a new package/subscription which was to be effective 1 Jan 2017. On my January invoice I was billed twice for two subscription charges - for December and January- on the new subscription charge and on the December invoice I had already paid a subscription charge for the subscription that I had in the month of December.

In December already, I noticed this double charge on the Vodacom App under Bill So Far and immediately contacted the call center to log an enquiry.

A call was logged and I was to receive feedback in 7 working days, No feedback was received and I followed up after 10 working days only to be told that the call was routed to the incorrect dept and a new call must be logged ! and I need to wait another 5 working days for a response. Same story no feedback was received and I followed up yet again only to be told that the call was again incorrectly routed and a new call had to be logged. This time finally , the call centre agent at the Solution Department finally took it upon themselves to ensure this was now resolved and the call was eventually resolved in the last week of Jan 2017. This took 1 month and many hours to resolve a billing error on Vodacom's side.

I have so many concerns with what happened - why was I overchrged in the first place, why was the call incorrectly logged so many times, why did I not recieve feedback, why did I haveto spend 3-4 hours of my time solving Vodacom's issues !

This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE and need desperate attention, Vodacom is an expensive service provider and I do not expect to pay a premium for this type of service.
