Cannot be trusted.
I ordered a deal on cyber Monday. A email was received containing a reference number and a note that a agent will call me in 24hours. Vodacom did not call me and I called them to speak to one of their agents for the deal to be processed. Each agent I talk to says the deal is not available and was only available on black Friday and cyber Monday. I feel this is not a professional way of conducting business online and feel cheated that Vodacom cannot keep their word. The agents ignore the reference number and rather give a alternative deal. What should I do from now on? I even asked to speak to the managers but they either promise the manager will call back or the manager is in a meeting. I feel like a fool.

08 Dec 2018, 13:25I want my deal honoured please. I was given a reference number for the deal to be processed which is part of the steps of purchasing online. Step 1 you'll get an email and SMS from Vodacom confirming your order. Step two your order is prepared and the courier delivers. Just as it was with my Nokia 8 I ordered. I'm still waiting for the router and data deal to go past step one to step two. I'm waiting......RPQPA9.
