Cannot access Vodamail e mail, - due to password change !!

Could someone at Vodacom please help me as my e-mail password has been changed and I can no longer open my e mails (Cellphone, laptop and tablet) . I have had this email for over 20 years and I am desperate without it. My email no.is 2776 895 ***, - email is ***. My personal cell no. is ***. On monday 22 July i noticed i could not access my email a/c's and went into the vodashop at Greenstone mall, where I was told they could not help me and all i could do was phone Vodacom help (082135) which I did do. I was given a ref service ticket no. *** - but no one has got back to me as yet and I am absolutely lost without my email service. PLEASE!!!, where can I go to have this fixed
