Cancelling Contracts
Vodacom's service is pathetic! Been struggling from July 2020 to cancel contracts. They only call if they want to upgrade our contracts and if I say I want to cancel contracts they hang up. Nobody want's to assist me. Furthermore, there is amounts going off my debit order which the staff in the shops does't even know what it is for.
Went to the Vodacom shops and call centre and NOTHING!!!
I am sick and tired of struggling with Vodacom!!!
