Cancelling contract from abroad

Immigrated to Australia with 1 phone contract left to close. Cancellation quote to pay is handset instalment (totally understandable) and an additional R1500 for limited data for a number not even used. Oh and adding bills to account that the department cannot see for what the invoice issued was? How many people are charged R100 extra charges, that they simply do not pick up on? And apparently their emails don't work - you have to ask Tobi, which is also not helpful.

Just one more reason to be happy to be out of the country, thanks vodacom.
