Cancelling a deal without communication

A very upset Vodacom client. I ordered and was approved a new contract for a Xbox on 27/11. I called RAM to change my delivery address as we were sent home due to Covid. They updated the address on their side and I believe it was the next day that I spoke to Vodacom to do the same. All of a sudden, I get a SMS to say the order was cancelled from RAM’s side as the package was returned to Vodacom. I called Vodacom today and was told the order was cancelled on your side without you even letting me know of this. I did not ask for this to be cancelled. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my kids and now I am told it was a black Friday deal which is no longer available. I am not happy at all and would like to express my dissatisfaction with Vodacom. This is not my fault that the order was cancelled and I wonder what would have happened if I had never called RAM/Vodacom to confirm the address change. We live in the 21st century and we have the technology to our avail, yet this is not used to ensure customer satisfaction. Please Vodacom, step up and make sure I get my delivery before Christmas. I look forward to hearing from you.
