cancellelation order not done still open

I ask vodacom cancellation dept to cancell my contract on 25 March 2020 I got a email from vodacom to say that the conversion would be done on 25 March 2020 when the number will go over to prepaid *** *** But when I phoned thy said that there is a order for cancellation but it is still open. I am really angry because this should have been done as the lady from vodacom said it willmtake 24 hrs which is expired and stillmthe order is open
