Cancelled upgrade
Waiting and waiting for confirmation of cancelled upgrade, phone has been returned but getting the upgrade contract reversed and old contract reinstated is proving to be impossible as no one seems willing to help PATHETIC SERVICE
Now I wait for the computer generated response that states I will be contacted, after that nothing happens and you back to square 1.
