Cancelled upgrade
After more than 12 years with Vodacom we once again upgraded,tried online what a waste of time eventually upgraded telephonically and was told as part of upgrade we would receive 10 GB promotional data. After receiving the phone I checked our online account, we were charged R599.00 for free promotional 10GB data,this is when the dishonesty and run around began. We cancelled upgrade , cellphone was collected but none of the "let's catch them charges" we're reversed ,emails aren't answered all we get is nothing. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Vodacom!!!!!!!!!!!

30 Nov 2017, 12:3830 November received e mail informing me of cancelled upgrade with reference number BUT ALL CHARGES FOR UPGRADE remain nothing has been done to correct account all that has happened is new phone uplifted. I WANT ALL NEW CONTRACT CHARGES REVERSED AND OLD CONTRACT REINSTATED so I can run down contract and move .
When will VODACOM follow through
