Cancelled sim numbers

So my husband passed away on the 30th of June 2019.I went to vodacom Secunda to ask that his contracts be changed to my name.I paid the outstanding amount because his bank account is now closed.I was so disappointed to learn that my son number and my husband’s were cancelled without my authorization.I need both numbers for business purposes.I went to vodacom Secunda and phoned vodacom...no one seem to know what I should do.Please fix this vodacom.
