Cancelled order, not refunded.

I have made an online order on Vodastore on the 30 April 2024, funds were deducted on my account but when order was cancelled they didn’t refund my money. I tried to call several times I couldn’t get through, tried also chatbox, still it was fruitless. Until I dm their facebook page two weeks ago and sent all the documents they required but up to now I haven’t received my money. A month has passed and vodacom is still keeping my money. Vodacom please refund my money.
