Cancelled my contract twice and still being billed and no one can tell me what for!!!

I had a contract with Vodacom that ended in 2016. The term ended and I requested to cancel the contract. They continued to bill me for services and I have no clue why. When I check my credit score I picked up that Vodacom was a payment outstanding. I then paid the amount outstanding in March this year. I was told the contract had been cancelled and I had been moved to prepaid. I was not billed from April, and then all of a sudden I get a statement saying that I have been billed for August and September!!. When I call the call center I literally had to speak to 6 different people across collections, accounts, cancellations and no one could tell me why I was being billed and why the billing had even started again! I was told that there is another number that I am not fami**** with that has a contract for 2gigs of data a month that started in June, hence I have been billed from June! How this happened no one can tell me!!! When I initially called one of the guys in cancelations said he could not cancel my contract because the status of my account is labelled as "settled" and not "current". The second time I called all of a sudden my contract can be cancelled????I basically do not trust Vodacom at this point, this is ****************. How many times do I need to cancel my contract???This is now the third time I have had to write a review on hello Peter as it seems to be the only way to get anything resolved. The people at your call centers are not equipped to deal with any issues it seems. I want 2 things: 1. to understand why I am being billed, and that the billing will be reversed and I will not have an outstanding amount 2. I want my damn contract to be cancelled!!
