Cancelled contract - Now bad debt as they have admin issues
To keep it short....I cancelled my contract Vodacom. I sent them proof as per their requirements. After 2 weeks I followed up and they admitted that it had slipped through the net. I sent them proof again and they said they would cancel it. Vodacom then contacted me and said I had to pay R 360 as the settlement amount had now changed as it wasn't cancelled in time. I said it was their error and their cost. I have been handed over to their lawyers and I have given them proof on three occasions....explained over the phone on so many occasions that I cannot count....and they said they would get back to me and never have. I wanted to purchase something on credit and this small amount has now caused a decline on my application. I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They don't have an email to send my complaint to and on the 4 occasions I have called my average on the line time was over 35 minutes per call....the longest was just under an hour....and still no resolution to my complaint.
I am on pay as you go as this was the worst service I have ever experienced.
